Dr. Michelle Vaughan is an Associate Professor in the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University. A licensed clinical psychologist, her clinical, teaching and research interests center on LGBTQ+ psychology, consensual non-monogamies, and positive psychology/strengths, including the strengths of members of stigmatized groups.
Presentation: Healthcare Needs and Experiences of Consensually Non-Monogamous Adults: Results from a Focus Group Project

1. Participants will learn about common experiences of Consensually Non-Monogamous (CNM) people relevant to sexual health.
2. Participants will learn about common misconceptions about the sexual health risks of CNM people.
3. Participants will learn basic strategies for CNM-inclusive/sensitive language and practice.
